Brand Ambassador/Customer Service/ Retail

  • Job Purpose: 
    · Educate and train sales force about the products key features and service offerings
    · Generate customer interactions through passion and engagement of our client’s products
    · Offer product setup for customers on-site.
    · Build strong professional relationships with all personnel
    · Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumer buying experience
    · Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines

  • Qualifications 
    · Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology products

    · 1 – 2 years of retail sales experience is a plus (preferably in consumer electronics)
    · Familiar with carriers, big box, and consumer electronics

Job Purpose:

  • Sales associates will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and product knowledge that they require to be successful in this high energy industry. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
  • Team based sales training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top sales managers.   • Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
    · Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
    · Work with management to develop and implement actions to protect assets and profitability.
  • Throughout the year we attend numerous conferences and business trips.
    · Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations
    · Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
