How we Plan to Expand so Fast?

The biggest challenge we face today as a company is the demand for our services being higher than what we can supply. That is why we developed the management training program. We believe that in order to manage effectively, a manager should know every aspect of their business and be able to lead by example, not just tell people what to do. We want to start someone off at entry-level doing the basic sales and marketing, but our main goal is to groom the right candidate into management where they’d be responsible for independently operating a branch office on behalf of one of our clients. The goal of the company is not to have our team stay at an entry-level position for too long but to externally expand to increase our reach across the states for our clients target market and find more managers to run the clients we have on hold around the world. All managers are internally promoted, the progression is 100% criteria based and there is a no seniority policy. This means no time limits to advance, so the faster learners and harder workers can advance at their own pace.
